ListHub Broker User Updates
View Some of the New ListHub Broker Features

Some enhancements were made to ListHub on April 23. All ListHub users will be receiving a letter in the mail shortly outlining these updates, which include:
- The ability for brokers to rate and make comments on each publisher (websites where listings are sent)
- Simplified viewing of publishers (websites) hosting the broker's Active office listings
- Criteria-based filtering, allowing filtration of a publisher list on criteria such as "timely removal of off-market listings," or "timely technical support," and filtration of MLS Preferred Publishers (a list of websites CVR MLS has chosen that meet the needs of members)

Support the New Marketing Campaign!

By now you've probably heard about the new 2012 marketing campaign, "We Are the R." You can continue to help support the campaign and reinforce the value of a REALTORŽ by downloading electronic marketing materials to use in your blog, social media, and in email signatures. These materials will lead consumers to WeAretheR.com, where they will learn more about the distinction between a real estate agent and a REALTORŽ, as well as the important roles a REALTORŽ plays during the home buying and selling process. | Lockbox Serial # Rule Compliance

An agent recently offered staff a tip to share with other CVR MLS members on how to simplify compliance with the MLS rule regarding input of the eight digit lockbox serial number into each listing.
While out taking photos of a property for the MLS, try taking a photo of the serial number along with all other photos, so that the number will be at hand when inputting the listing into the MLS.

CVR MLS has added Fusion™ to its menu of MLS member technology services. Tempo™ 5 is, and will continue to be, our MLS system, but Fusion™ is another way you can now access it. Fusion™ works on MACs, and is not browser-specific, so you can now use browsers other then Explorer to work in the MLS listing database. We will look at the layout and functionality of Fusion™, where the tools and features you've been using in Tempo™ 5 are located in Fusion™, and some of the very useful features that Fusion™ adds. Topics will include:
- What is a Widget, anyway?
- Where did they put the....? And what is it now called?
- Searches and the new Map Functionality
- Multiple Searches
- Prospecting and Prospect management improvements
- Uploading Photos and Attachments
- General Q & A
