Distinguished Achiever Awards
Sales Must Be Entered by January 13 for Inclusion

The deadline to ensure that a sale is included in the Awards Volume in Tempo™ for 2011 is 5pm on January 13, 2012. As a reminder, the CVR MLS Rule pertaining to the timeframe required for closed sales is:
7.14: Reporting Sales to the Service
When a sale or exchange has closed or a lease has been signed, the Listing Participant shall change the Listing status to sold/leased in the MLS Database within seven (7) days of settlement or lease. If negotiations were carried on under Section 7.1 A or B of these Rules and Regulations, the cooperating Participant shall report settlement to the Listing Participant within seven (7) days after occurrence and the Listing Participant/Subscriber shall report them to the MLS within three (3) days of receiving notice from the cooperating broker.

Members of the CVR MLS Commercial Division and the Commercial Information Exchange who are licensed by the Virginia Real Estate Board are eligible to apply.
