WHAT'S NEW?Water Messages for wellness!
The Spirit of Water is expanding into the fitness and wellness markets with new products for a mainstream marketplace. Their messages are clearly inspired for behavior motivation, but we also know that the molecules in water will work with any message we give them. What we give to water we give to ourselves
In the past few days, I have received so many notices of healing prayers and
ceremonies taking place all over the planet to help the situation in the Gulf
and other waters that are in trouble. There are ceremonies using sound, guided meditations and healing affirmations. To each, I honor the consciousness in
which they were conceived. It seems there is a huge presence of loving people who offer us an opportunity to join the collective unconsciousness at specific times and private, personal moments, to send our healing energies to the water crises around the planet.
Some of the prayers for the Gulf include visualizations and vocalizations that will help send energies where they are needed most; but here is a another suggestion you might consider while participating in any of these... remember YOU are water. What would YOU do to help yourself? How would YOU use your instinct and healing energy? Your intuitive self knows how to do it. Just listen... the voices from within will tell you.
This morning, in my contemplations, I spent hours with the gentle
creek that flows past my house on its way to the Pacific Ocean. The questions I asked were, "Is sending love enough?" ... and
... "What sounds will help alert,
heal, nurture all creatures that are in jeopardy?"
I waited for a long time, where nothing came to mind. I thought I had been ignored; but then I heard what must have
been truth, as it was not the answer I expected to hear.
"Send empowerment."
How do I send empowerment? I asked again.
"When you have felt your strongest soul urging for yourself, send that feeling."
"How will I know it's right?".... "You will know."
This
seemed a bit vague to me, but clarification came
rapidly from a source other than the creek. It came from the birds
around me -- the natural world is always ready to show us what we don't understand.
I
was startled by a loud ruckus above
me. It was a mother bird guarding her nest. She frantically chased and
pecked mercilessly at a squirrel as it
fled her sharp beak all the way down the tree trunk and away from the
nest.
Moments later, she once again, fought in mid-air with a crow that was a
little
too interested in her eggs. The message I understood is how powerful
the concept of survival is to all species. That mother bird would do anything to protect her eggs. No compromise. Can we say the same thing when it comes to protecting our planet?
The most obvious problem with the Gulf oil leak or any of our other man-made disasters is they practically scream Koyaanisqatsi to me -- life out of balance. Can we bring back the balance? Can I live simply so that Water and all living beings can simply live? Of course I believe I can make changes. Are there changes you can make? It doesn't have to be huge. All efforts are exponentially multiplied in energetic resonance. So our slightest effort make a huge impact.
Gaia and the Power of Creation moving through each of us will use the abundance of empowerment offered to restore Earth's physical balance. We don't need to tell the Earth what to do. It is like the mother bird. Gaia knows.... As for us, working as partners with the Earth, the likes of which we haven't seen since our ancestors lived on the ground, we can shift our consciousness into a new reality with our intention. The first step for us is to ask Water what it would do. You will get your answer.
When we sing, pray or make sounds for the healing of the planet, let's put aside our human need to direct its flow; and let the energy find its own receiver where it is most needed.
The
Spirit of Water is grateful to be part of the rising consciousness on the
planet.
