Every tear is a prayer
I recently moved from a mountain community to a coastal beach community. The differences in climate and natural scenery are obvious, but there are some internal and emotional differences as well. As I walk each morning on the wet-hard sand of the great Pacific Ocean, when the gentle surf laps around my feet, tears flow from my eyes. Water, water, everywhere! The salty fog moistens my skin and hair and my breath is filled with vapor that permeates my external membrane and seeps into my internal organs. I feel moist and alive. But the tears that fall when the water touches my feet. What is that all about?
I believe there are messages coming into my body carried by each cell of water I breathe or slosh through. Could it be that I am getting messages of sadness, illness and suffering from the ocean? Is it possible for one to feel the sadness of the seas through its molecules?
The ocean's saltiness matches the salty tears that flow down my cheeks. There is no difference between the toxins being carried away through my tear ducts and the toxins that float in the ocean water and roll in on the surf. Sun and air have kept the seas pristine for millennia, but now, in the past 50 years or so, the natural processes that clean our water, our oceans, lakes and streams can no longer transform the barrage of toxins and foreign substances that enter our waterways and end up in the oceans. Sadly, while the ocean may appear healthy, marine mammals, fishes, coral reefs, birds and plankton are dying; and it is a senseless death. Humans have the brain capacity to do things differently, and yet, the water of the world suffers. No wonder I cry when I walk on the beach. Tears are an indication of something wrong needing to be re-balanced within and without.
When humans cry, we are releasing energy that might otherwise contribute to emotional or physical illness; or we are releasing the fear, pain, trauma energies that caused an injury. Tears are sacred. We should never stop our tears because they serve an important purpose to help keep us aware, healthy and able to live in a world filled with challenges and sorrows. But how does the ocean cry? It is a living entity that carries life-supporting properties so that all other beings may live. How does the ocean cry when it has had enough abuse? I suppose it cries through the tears of those, like me, who walk the beach and feel the imbalances. Water is water, after all. It doesn't matter what container it is in. I am a good container. About 80% of my body mass is water, so my body knows more accurately what is happening, even as my ego-mind manipulates truth to suit its moods. Water on our planet is in trouble and the messages we get from water are telling us to look inside ourselves and find a way to re-consider our impact and re-educate ourselves so we can flow and go in balance with the rest of the natural life forms on the planet. Together, we make a whole organism that can be, when balanced, a nurturing, supporting, and life-generating system. Our tears help germinate the seeds of change and release energy when pressure builds up too much.
We should all have a good cry today for ourselves, each other and the earth. Bless your tears. I have blessed mine. I use songs and sounds to balance my tearful insights. I sing to the ocean as I walk through the foaming surf each morning. My voice is medicine. It is singing the heartsong of the ocean that needs our attention and our tears. Every tear counts. Every tear is an opportunity for change. Every step, every tear is a prayer for the health of ourselves and the waters of the world.

 KLEAN KANTEEN WATER BOTTLE
RE-USABLE, INDESTRUCTIBLE, AND ELEGANT!Klean Kanteen first offered their stainless steel re-usable water container 6 years ago. Our water blessing labels didn't stick to the brushed stainless steel exterior. Nonetheless, I bought two of them and taped my words of intention on the outer surface. I loved the large opening so I could stuff a lemon wedge inside! Since then, they have launched their "Kolor" series, and our labels adhere perfectly to the smooth epoxy outer coating! We especially favor the "Ocean" blue version, but all are beautiful. These water containers make perfect sense in all ways. I like the Sigg water container, too, but I have mashed and crunched my container by dropping it on a cement floor while my 4-year old Klean Kanteen has no signs of abuse after similar roughness! We hope you will select a re-usable water bottle instead of throw-away plastic when you carry water with you. The company and founder provide plenty of scientific data on their website, http://www.quantumagewater.com/ but the claims I was most interested in are the claims about changing the consciousness of water like Water Blessing Labels and anything that puts intention into water. In my test, I used the "Olympic" wand when I needed extra energy for lifting and carrying boxes during my move. I admit, I had more energy than I have had in literally years, and no sore muscles! That's powerful intention. There are seven varieties to address particular circumstances, needs and healing issues. I also tried the soothing relaxation wand and the gourmet food wand. I was satisfied that these wands, when used in conjunction with your focused intention, can do what the maker claims.  --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
 LIVING WATER VORTEX JUG created in Denmark This device caught my attention when I was looking for information about ionization and found this instead. I was especially captivated by a meditation that re-structures water called the "Triple Breath" meditation. You can use the meditation in conjunction with the vortex-producing water jug that re-activates water or you can use the meditation with your water in any container. Healing Water Onlinesells CDs of the Triple Breath meditations. I have been using this vortex jug and meditation water for a while on my plants. I was shocked that even with a stressful move, they flourished and sprouted abundant new growth while "boxed" for a few days in a moving van! Vortex water is all they had before then went into the dark! The vortex jug doesn't seem to change the flavor of my water, but it sure seems to quench my thirst in better ways. The jug is priced at $144 USD plus shipping from Denmark. As an alternative to ionization, I am not sure now it compares. But somehow, Spirit lead me to this website and I am not sorry. The information isn't new, in fact, Lawrence refers heavily to Dr. Emoto's work throughout his writing, but he offers deeper insights that address the complexities of the crystal forms and the connectedness we all share with water. I especially appreciate the Grand Invocation to Water, translated from the original Japanese offering into Lawrence's interpretation. It is very beautiful and has a profound influence on all of us:

In all fairness, I also cry because of the beauty, the vastness, and the possibilities that present themselves within each molecule of water. This is a huge realization.
