Warm and gentle greetings to you this month!
Typically I send a newsletter out when spirit moves me... roughly every three months. But this month, after sending my last newsletter, I am welcoming almost 300 new subscribers and 11 affiliate member retailers... and I want to honor this abundance by thanking you all for your confidence in our spiritual water outreach. Some of you have been receiving our letters for almost five years! I am so humbled by your willingness to remain on our list. Thank you!
The theme of this month's newsletter, "Gratitude and Water" is a very profound subject. A few years ago, the "gratitude awareness" reached millions of people via Sarah Breathnach's "Simple Abundance." Lightworker, Stacy Robin took the gratitude message much further and introduced her "Go Gratitude" letters. Before that, Dr. Emoto had expounded on the beautiful shape of water crystals that had been revealed and photographed when the water was blessed with "Gratitude." The common thread in all these spiritual messages has remained as powerful today as it was when first introduced. Gratitude is the elixir that transforms life experience. Gratitude offers the spark that jumpstarts enlightenment that enters our awareness as a moment of pure, sacred Source Energy, God Consciousness, Creation.... call it whatever you want. I call gratitude my "miracle."
When I began to receive Go Gratitude mailings, I realized that I had not spent enough time feeling the geniune gratitude for my life. Yes, I had expressed gratitude often, with a peaceful, reverent in-breath and praying eyes. But I had not actually understood how gratitude should feel except as a heart-felt acknowledgement in honor of gifts or experiences that showed up in my life that brought me joy. Well, I was missing the boat by miles, but it wasn't until I started to place the word on my water bottle that I began to learn what gratitude is really all about. When The Spirit of Water started creating blessing labels to sell, I realized there was still more gratitude "opening" for me to do. So I devotedly selected my special words and created my blessing bottle. "Gratitude" was prominent on my water bottle and that label actually ended up "under my thumb" where I normally grip my bottle.
Before I go any further, I must admit I am a bit "dreamy" when I think
of all the water in the world, and how each tiny molecule can help to
transform consciousness at such a miniscule level. I had complete faith that this practice was the right thing to do.
Nothing changed for a while. But then, I began to "see" my own behavior as an observer. This prompted many questions including this one: "How can I possibly live a life of Gratitude, while still moaning and groaning about money, fears, relationships, or other life conflicts?" Boy! Did I have a lot to learn! Indeed, how could I possible be grateful AND grumpy at the same time?
Today, I look back, and it is obvious to me that WATER carried the vibration of Gratitude through its cells into my consciousness. Each time I drank, I took in more gratitude. Water molecules are shaped hexagonally in a specific sacred geometric way. For Gratitude, the molecule is absolutely astounding! Such beauty entering my body with each sip. Gratitude water transformed my cells, moved into my chakras, altared my consciousness, and expanded my cognitive processes. The result is quite amazing. The changes are visible. The rewards are evident. Everywhere I look, I am grateful, but it's not a "practice." It is a function, like breathing. It wasn't always that way. But I see so much goodness all around us, and I was missing most of it before by being sad, upset, or in fear! Water made sure I could eventually see the grand world we live it.
As I said, Gratitude is not a practice. It is an aspect of an awakened heart. An awakened heart doesn't need reminders to feel gratitude. It is as autonomic as breathing. The feeling of humility, awe, joy, are genuine expressions of the true human nature. Without even trying or making a point of gratitude in my life, I am aware of more opportunities that continue to show up. This is not a sales pitch for Water Blessing Labels, but I think just seeing that word on my water bottle or coffee mug every day for a long while has had profound impact in my water and my life.
Water is a miracle, just as life itself. Water carries messages deep into our cells and they eventually influence our thoughts, behavior and spiritual growth. This is a more authentice process of spiritual growth and "The Law of Attraction," than knowing any doctrine on earth or using "The Secret" to get what you want.
Water can be your medicine A simple prayer into your water glass creates a world of difference. A symbol, word or beautiful sound introduced to your water will change millions of cells. If you keep this practice going, you are bound to see dramatic changes in your life. Drink deeply from the well of Gratitude this season, and awaken a power inside more profound than practically anything else.
The Spirit of Water is more than a title... it is the spirit IN water that creates miracles every moment, and for that, I am extremely grateful!
