The ParkinsonVoice printed newsletter is a valuable publication, yet with the constant increases in printing and postage costs, this newsletter has become one of the Association's most expensive costs. You can help us reduce this cost and allocate more funding to expand programs and services by Going Green! The ParkinsonVoice will be available online, on your iPad, iPhone and Android.

If you would like to Go Green, please email your full name and email address to  LVassar@ParkinsonRockies.org.

Eighty-five percent (85%) of all clinical trials are delayed due to lack of participants!

Every person with Parkinson's disease is longing for scientists to find a cure for this insidious disease. We cannot stand by idly and just wait for researchers to discover a cure. We need to participate in clinical trials to speed up the process and advance another step closer to the cure.

Let's keep clinical trials moving forward! Here are steps you can take today to help:
  • Enroll in one of the local trials listed on the Parkinson Association website under the Clinical Trials section
  • Sign up at FoxTrialFinder.org to locate a clinical trial that matches your profile
  • Talk to others - ask them to join in clinical trials and end the delay to the solution
For more information on clinical trials in your
area, visit the Clinical Trials section of our website.

It may seem like there is nothing more you can do and you have nowhere to turn. The feelings of anger and depression may delay you reaching out and seeking assistance to deal with your Parkinson's issues. Continue Reading
