Research Trials

Title: Motor Fluctuations
Overview: The Colorado Neurological Institute is conducting a 12-week, double-blind, placebo-controlled study to explore the efficacy and safety of an oral medication when combined with increased doses of L-dopa in patients with OFF time and moderate-severe L-dopa induced dyskinesia.
Eligibility: This 12-week study will evaluate whether the use of this oral medication can increase the therapeutic window of L-dopa in patients whose control of their Parkinson's disease symptoms is limited by the development of dyskinesia's when higher dose of L-dopa are used.
