SEED CEREAL -an all time breakfast favorite!

1/4 c. sunflower seeds

1/4 c. sesame seeds

1/4 c. almonds

1/4 c. pumpkin seeds

1/2 c. apple juice

1/2 c. spring water

Soak overnight in diluted apple juice.

Next morning process soaked seeds with liquid in a blender.

Add more water as necessary.

Let sit for 1/2 hour and serve.

Optional: grind up seeds separately before soaking them overnight. Serve with kefir or Grade B Maple syrup.

Greetings!

This fourth of July, many Americans will be celebrating the US independence from Great Britain. What a day to take initiative and start taking charge of your own health.

What does this mean? For some, it means becoming independent of the medical system -relying less on doctors and pharmaceutical drugs and becoming more self reliant in the area of health.

Some simple ways to do this are to clean up your diet, exercise, develop or deepen your spiritual connection, practice letting go and most importantly, learn the Teachings of Hanna Kroeger!

Introducing Special Guest Misha Norland from The School of Homeopathy

Misha studied natural sciences while indulging a fascination for psychology and Eastern mysticism.

A founding member of The Society of Homeopaths in the UK, he is also the first educator of its journal. Misha later became Head of Homeopathic Research at the College of Homeopathy in London.

He combines his background in Transpersonal Psychology with Jungian perspectives and weaves both into all his work. In 1981 Misha and his family moved to Devon, where he started the School of Homeopathy.

He has written three books, and over the years has contributed in many journals in various countries. He has taught widely both in the UK and internationally.

Misha's deep homeopathic understanding, humanity and wisdom have inspired the many leading homeopaths who have studied with him.

He has not only contributed greatly to homeopathic education, he has also undertaken many homeopathic provings and published new remedies annually since the early 90's.
