Secretary of Administration and
Finance. In this position, he received the Distinguished Service
Award from the National
Governor's Association in 1998. Following this, Baker became CEO
of Harvard Vanguard Medical
Associates (HVMA) and was soon
recruited by Harvard Pilgrim Health

federal and state funding will be spent on transportation infrastructure

2011 Book for Business, a four-color publication that includes a complete

The Chamber publishes 5,000
copies of the Book for Business distributes them to all chamber members, real
estate offices, town offices, colleges, hotels and families interested in
