Has has represented the 9th Plymouth District and Ward 2 since 1996, first as a Member of the School Committee (1996-1997), then as a City Councilor (1997-2009) and City Council President (2002). In 2008, Brady was elected State Representative of the Ninth Plymouth District.
Brady currently serves on the Joint Committee on Economic Development and Emerging Technologies, the Joint Committee on Public Health and the Joint Committee on Public Service.

Colony Planning Council, the regional planning agency for Abington,
Avon, Bridgewater, Brockton, East Bridgewater, Easton, Halifax, Hanson,
Kingston, Pembroke, Plymouth, Plympton, Stoughton, West Bridgewater and
Whitman, is in the process of updating the Regional Transportation Plan.
The
Regional Transportation Plan (RTP) helps to determine how
federal and state funding will be spent on transportation infrastructure
and services in the next 20 years. Please visit www.surveymonkey.com/s/2011RTP to fill out a survey
so that we may solicit
initiatives including mobility needs, quality-of-life and environmental

2011 Book for Business, a four-color publication that includes a complete
membership directory and guide to the Metro South region, including town profiles, legislative information, a map of the region, and information on industrial parks, education, health care facilities and recreation.
The Chamber publishes 5,000
copies of the Book for Business distributes them to all chamber members, real
estate offices, town offices, colleges, hotels and families interested in
