Once again Manco Abbott's Go Green initiative has produced great results for our environment, residents and client! Recently Manco Abbott and Allied Waste Services joined forces to implement a recycling program at Stonegate Apartments in Fresno, CA. With Allied's expertise and Manco Abbott's tenacious marketing of the program and education of residents, the program was a huge success. After three months on the program, Stonegate was able to recycle enough trash to reduce trash service and save the property $400 per month.

CCRM provides excellent overall training in fair housing, maintenance, legal compliance, risk management and the life cycle of tenancy.
