Need more MCLE before next week's deadline?
 
We have over 100 hours of self-study MCLE credits available on our site at www.vimeo.com/laac. Watch the video, make a record for yourself of what you watched, the credits you are claiming, and when you watched it. You can get up to 12.5 of your required 25 hours as self-study. We even have two ethics videos!

We hope you join us in San Francisco for a retreat on February 13-14, 2012 for senior legal services providers!

The gathering is free of cost, and travel stipends are available for those traveling more than 60 miles to attend. To register, click here.

Along with discussion and sharing best practices, the retreat will include MCLE trainings on topics, including:
  • How to target services to the most vulnerable older Californians 
  • Serving LGBT older Californians (1 hour MCLE) 
  • Serving immigrant communities (1 hour MCLE) 
  • Health care access for older Californians (1 to 1.5 hours MCLE)
  • Housing issues for the most vulnerable older Californians (1 to 1.5 hours MCLE) 
  • Discussion: How are we coping with limited resources?
