It's come to our attention that another heating and cooling company is calling Apollo customers to schedule furnace precision tune-ups, without stating their company name. Unfortunately, several of our customers, thinking the caller was from Apollo, made the appointment and then realized when the technician arrived to their home, that they were not from Apollo.
Apollo strives to be your Trusted Source your HVAC, Plumbing and home mechanical needs and we are extremely discouraged by the deceptive business practice of other companies. These actions hurt not only our customers, but the reputation of our industry.
We've earned our customers' trust with great service, knowledgeable and professional technicians, honest answers, and fair pricing. It's a shame that another company is using deceptive sales tactics to undercut Apollo's hard work and customer loyalty.
