Festal Sunday Celebration this Sunday

This Sunday, September 16th we will have a Festal Celebration of the Holy Eucharist and the Dedication of our Newly Commissioned Vestments at the 10:00 am Service. Father Patrick Malloy will preach, and Mother Susan will preside at the Eucharist. Brunch will be served immediately following the service. Please brings a side dish or dessert to share, the entree and drinks will be provided.

This will be a joyful day for our parish, when we celebrate the beginning of a new year of Sunday School, and another year of our shared ministry and grace-filled common life of prayer, worship, service, and fellowship.

Sunday School Begins this Sunday

This Sunday, September 16th is the first day of Sunday School.

Babysitting Classroom #2

* Please note all Sunday School children (Pre-K - 5th Grades) should meet in the chapel at 10 am. After a welcome, song, and prayer, students will move on to the classrooms listed above.

Ladies' Luncheon this Thursday, September 20th

All are welcome to join us on Thursday, September 20th at noon for the Ladies' Luncheon at the home of Dulcy Green, located at 3 Pembroke Drive in the Commons in Mendham. Bring a sandwich and enjoy the fellowship; beverages and dessert will be provided. Please RSVP to Dulcy at 973-543-5336. We hope to see you there.

Mountain Morning Prayers: Spiritual Refreshment for Parents Beginning Wednesday, September 26th

All are welcome to join us on Wednesday mornings from 9:10-9:30 am for a brief time of prayer, meditation, and spiritual refreshment in our peaceful chapel.

Healing Service on Thursday, September 27th

The Holy Eucharist with Prayers for Healing will take place on the last Thursday, of each month at noon in the chapel. This simple service of prayer, Holy Communion, and the laying on of hands for those who desire it, is an extension of the ministry of the Pastoral Care Committee. The next service will be on Thursday, September 27th. All are welcome.

Acolytes Wanted

Children ages 10 and older (or in the 5th grade) are welcome to become Acolytes, where they will serve at the 10 am Sunday services and other festival services. The servers, who will assist Mother Susan during the liturgy, will receiving training on all aspects of serving at the altar. For more information please call Robin McKeon at 908-204-9799.

Blessing of the Animals on Sunday, September 30th

In celebration of Saint Francis' Day, we will have a service for the Blessing of Animals on Sunday October 9th on the Chapel steps at

1 pm. All creatures, great and small, are welcome to attend with their owners.

Bishop's Cup Golf Tournament

On Monday, October 8th the Bishop's Cup Golf Tournament will be held at Mercer Oaks - West Golf Course, in Windsor. The day's events will begin at 10 am with Eucharist on the course with Bishop Councell, followed by shotgun at 11 am. Entry fee is $170 per player which includes greens fees, cart, and all meals for the day. Proceeds go to support Trinity Cathedral. Dinner only, tickets can be purchased for $35.
