Triduum Review Meeting

There will be a meeting on Tuesday at 4:30 pm in the Meeting Room to discuss our Triduum and Easter celebrations. All are welcome to participate in this conversation when memories of these days are still fresh and vivid.  If you cannot make the meeting, please consider writing down your memories, experiences, thoughts or comments and sharing them with Mother Susan, who will share them with Father Malloy and members of the planning team.  This time together will be helpful for all of us as we reflect on the meaning of these days for us as a community, and our experiences of common prayer and worship.

Focus Groups Sponsored by The Episcopal Election Committee for the Search for Bishop of New Jersey

The Episcopal Election Committee has been formed and is now actively compiling a Profile, in an attempt to honestly and openly portray our diocese, and its people to prospective candidates for the 12th Bishop of New Jersey.  To accurately illustrate the needs and desires of this diocese, we are asking for your help by completing an online Survey (hard copies also available) and/or participating in one of the in-person Focus Groups.   The Survey and Focus Groups are your opportunity to be heard directly by members of the Search Committee.  The results will be compiled and studied to determine the type of candidate we are seeking.   The committee-moderated Focus Groups are designed for open discussion, and will be held in 11 locations throughout the Diocese between April 15th and May 9th.  There will be seven lay groups and four clergy  groups.  The locations, dates, and times of these Focus Groups are appended.   Any of the sessions are open to anyone, but we ask that you pre-register online (by location), in order for the Committee to determine staffing needs.  Please know that the Diocesan website newjersey.anglican.org/bishopsearch is your best source for updates and to follow the search process for our next bishop.  Let your voice be heard!
