Adult Education
With  our Theologian in Residence
Father Patrick Malloy

Beginning on February 26th and continuing throughout Lent, we will have Adult Christian Formation on Sundays immediately following the 10:00 am service.  There will be activities for children so that parents can participate.  Our Theologian in Residence, Father Patrick Malloy will teach the first session, and will partner with Mother Susan for the weeks of Lent.  This is a rare and wonderful opportunity for our assembly to grow and learn together in the weeks of Lent.

2012 Every Member Canvass Campaign
Pledge Update

As of February 9th, we have received pledges from 110 households; representing $345,622 for 2012.  We are encouraged to see 35 families increasing their pledge, 49 families maintaining their 2011 levels, and 11 pledges from new or returning members.  Don't forget that as an added incentive to achieve our goal, we have a member of the parish who will match pledges made as of January 1st.  The match is also valid for those who would like to increase their pledge.  If you need a pledge card or wish to increase your pledge, please contact the Parish Office.  Pledge Cards can be found in the narthex or  click here to download a copy.  You can also call the office at 908-766-2282 to have one mailed to you.

Baptism Dates for 2012

We baptize primarily on those dates set aside for baptism, as listed in the Book of Common Prayer.  Since the presence of the community of faith is essential for welcoming the newly baptized into the church, baptisms take place in the principal service on the appointed Sunday.  The next date for Holy Baptism is April 7th, The Great Vigil of Easter.  For more information or questions, please contact Mo. Susan at rector@sjotm.org.  Other dates for 2012 are:  Pentecost, Sunday, May 27th and All Saints Day, Sunday, November 4th.
