"Brackets" Meets "Biblical Idol" - The Rite-13 Group Needs Your Biblical Knowledge
With all the talk about the NCAA Brackets we wondered how such a competition would work in Bible times. It's not known who could dribble, pass or shoot (and the long robes would probably get in the way) but we thought that we could evaluate the strengths and weaknesses and analyze who might be more righteous - in our eyes, not God's. The Rite-13 group has been researching various biblical persons and we also need the knowledge and analysis of the parish to see who makes it to the Final Four. Join us in the Parish Hall at coffee hour for the next few weeks and help pick the winners. Each person has a brief "stat sheet" to outline his/her deeds, sins, doubts and victories. Check out the instructions posted in the Hall. Even though we know that we are all worthy, please help us decide who you feel is most deserving. Share your opinions with our youngsters. Your choices may be based on serious analysis or "American Idol" reasons like you like the person's name.
Tuesdays in Lent - Lenten Service & Pot Luck Supper
A service of Evening Prayer with Taize music will be offered at 6pm on the Tuesdays during the season of Lent. The service (in the chapel) will be followed by a potluck supper at 6:30 (in Parish Hall). Please join us and bring a friend!

50/50 Raffle Fundraiser for Playground Equipment

All proceeds will be split 50/50. Our goal is to raise $10,000. As an FYI - The nursery school playground, that is on the lower-level, is designed and built for pre-school aged children and, is not appropriate for the elementary-aged kids of our parish, hence the need for our own equipment. Tickets can be purchased on Sundays during coffee hour or stop by the office Monday-Thursday between 8:00am - 3:00pm. The drawing will be held during the Parish Picnic on Sunday, June 12th. Click here for more information.
