I hope you're all having a lovely summertime. Here in Tucson at the moment... not so lovely. Between the record heat, lack of monsoons & the really devastating nearby fires ~ I gotta tell you, we're dreaming of the beach!
Nonetheless, there are a few fun things going on at Mostly Bears and I thought I'd share them with you.
We've officially launched our FIRST EVER store exclusive artist piece from awesome artist Cindy McGuire of China Cupboard Bears. We are so very happy to announce... drum roll... a 7" pink piggie extraordinaire aptly named "When Pigs Fly"!
When Pigs Fly is a limited edition of only 10 pieces and is available ONLY at Mostly Bears. More information on the website, or email me for details. It's been great fun working with Cindy on this project; I hope you like the finished creation as much as I do.

In July, we dream of Autumn... (and not just for the weather)... we are currently taking orders for the 2011 Steiff Fall Line. You can enjoy viewing the online catalog of all the new pieces here. If you see anything that strikes your fancy, we're happy to reserve any piece for you.
Update on Fall Charlie Bears: The new Minimos will be officially introduced on the at 23:59 GMT on July 13! (i.e. 4 PM on the 13th Tucson time.) Watch your email! I'll send along some photos of these brand new bitty mohair bears for your enjoyment. Minimos range in size from 6 to 9 inches and they have the cutest faces. They are the perfect size for the palm of your hand or for your favorite bigger bear or doll to hold. And best of all they are priced right under $100. :)
