Valerie is now a member of the Oil Painter's of America! The Oil Painter's of America is an organization dedicated to preserving and promoting excellence in representational art. Membership is juried, so artists must submit work for review to be accepted into the organization. As a member, Valerie can submit works and participate in regional and national exhibitions if her works are selected. As exhibitions come up, we'll post information on Valerie's web site, Facebook, and in studio update emails.

 We are currently working on a new web site for Valerie Stangl Melançon, and the launch date is set for April 2011. The new web site will have a cleaner look and be easier to navigate.
