Operation Graduation Goes Smoothly in Otoe County

cap and gown

Congratulations graduates!

High school graduations for the Class of 2011 seemed to have gone very smoothly in Otoe County.  Nebraska City Police Chief David Lacy reported just one DUI and two MIP arrests over graduation weekend, and none of these were related to graduation or the celebrations which followed. There were no motor vehicle crashes involving injuries reported.  Bottom line-NO TRAGEDIES IN OUR COMMUNITY!

Thanks to the Nebraska State Patrol, Otoe County Sheriff's Office and Nebraska City Police Department for all they do to keep our community safe.
