Student Volunteers Receive Scholarships Nebraska City High School Class of 2010 graduates Benjamin Rice and Tristin Fox have each been awarded $250 scholarships from Partners for Otoe County in recognition of their outstanding leadership in the area community service in their schools, churches and communities. Mr. Rice has been involved in the PACT program through his high school years, working to change policies in the community that will lead to a reduction in underage drinking. Listen for Benjamin and Tristin's voices this week on KNCY radio as they urge fellow classmates and thier families to have a safe, fun and alcohol-free graduation celebration.
