In the News
A big thank you to the Baltimore Examiner's Michael Barbagallo. Known as the Customer Service Curmudgeon, Barbagallo paid us an unexpected compliment in a recent post on his blog, The Customer Service Curmudgeon.
You can read the full story by clicking on the link, but here's a part of what he had to say. "Kettermans is one of the few places in the entire world I have consistently received excellent customer service. Someone is always at the door to greet me. There are always enough people to help me quickly, and there always someone at the door asking if they had taken care of everything I need them to. Finally, Ketterman's does what they promise, when they promise it."
We would love to hear how we helped you find that perfect gift or made your shopping experience a little easier. Friend us on Facebook and let us know and also stay up to date on all the latest Ketterman news. |

Getting to know Ayala bar
Kettermans is proud to offer Ayala bar fashion jewelry. The line is the artistic outlet of Ayala Bar, an Israeli woman who founded the company in 1990. Her fall line is now available here in Leesburg and includes a number of offerings reflective of Ayala's unique style and the rich colors of fall.
FALL STYLE TRENDS: The '70s will again be in vogue as the weather cools, making Ayalabar a great pairing for bell bottoms and wide leg jeans. Choker necklaces will also be a must have.
