McKesson ideaShare 2011 - San Francisco  

 

IPC hosted an exciting collection of activities for IPC members at McKesson ideaShare in San Francisco, June 29 - July 3. The IPC Booth was host to constant activity as members were encouraged to get involved with IPC and learn about new programs and services from IPC to advance their bottom line and boost their success. 

Guests received an IPC Punch Card with a chance to win an Apple iPad. To qualify members visited with 18 vendors in the IPC Booth (see below) and learned about the exciting opportunities from IPC. The winner of the iPad was David Vasenden - Dons Pharmacy, Reno, NV.

The Big Reveal: Members also had a chance to win prizes by bringing down their IPC scratch-off card and revealing their prize. Congratulations to these lucky winners!

The IPC Annual Meeting was well attended with President and CEO Don Anderson encouraging members to get involved with all that IPC has to offer. Three lucky members in attendance won great prizes.

Neuhauser Pharmacy

IPC is proud to name Neuhauser Pharmacy as our 2011 Most
Valuable Pharmacy.

"IPC has been a trustworthy resource as I have grown my pharmacy business. The IPC MVP Award celebrates a pharmacy that emphasizes service to their community reaching beyond the walls of their store, making an impact in the lives of their patients and their families.  

IPC Presents Scholarships to
3 Pharmacy Students  

IPC sponsored 19 students from 11 universities to attend the first annual IPC Independent Pharmacy Conference in San Antonio this past April. All students in attendance were given the opportunity to apply for IPC scholarships. Applicants were asked to write an essay on their experience at the IPC Conference. The IPC Board of Directors selected the top 3 candidates for scholarships. 

Students from pharmacy schools across the country attend the 1st Annual IPC Conference.

IPC is looking forward to meeting another group of student representativesat the 2012 Independent Pharmacy Conference.
