North Clackamas Education Foundation (NCEF) benefits education

On April 30, approximately 200 people attended the "For Love of...the Arts" gala event at Abernethy Center in Oregon City. Thanks to the support of our community, local businesses and chamber members the gala was a success. Kathy Harrison coordinated the gala, which raised approximately $52,000 to support North Clackamas Schools and students with scholarships, innovative teacher grants, arts education and activity fees. The NCEF also serves to provide pass-through funding to support the Backpack Buddy program, the Lunch Buddy program and the Wichita Family Support Center.
