Did you know you can always go back and look at past emails by clicking on the archive link to the right? That being said this is one email you may want to keep in your In Box if you are having any difficulties entering Presidio scores. ;-) As we discussed at last night's meeting it appears that at least 10% of you fall in to the "Issues" category. Please understand we at SDSRA appreciate the extra effort and certainly extra time you are taking to help develop this system for Affinity and Presidio. I understand there are issues with referees being able to go online and input the game report. The solution is not difficult or time consuming as some have stated. Many of these issues involve the fact that multiple records exist for the referee or username or password doesn't match up correctly. Affinity Sports is the best ones to solve this login issue. This is something that we will be addressing after the season, and have fixed before next season. I have put together a step by step to solve the issue, with the least amount of strain.
So how does one get access to report the game online? - They must login using the specific record that contains their risk management. This is the record in the Presidio ID Card database.
- This record should have a username and password associated with it. Basically they would have set up their username and password when they registered. In some cases, the problem is the individual has multiple records with different login information in the CalSouth system. Or their referee record that contains their risk management has different log in information then what they may be trying. To solve either, they need to call Affinity Sports and not use the forgot password link. Use that link as a last resort.
When they call Affinity Sports they should call: 888-213-9555 - Try to speak with a live person. This will be the fastest way to solve their log in issue. The person will look up their "Presidio ID Card record with Risk Management" and fix the login issue. Takes about 3 minutes.
- Leave a message with their name, date of birth and phone number to receive a "live call" back to solve the login issue.
- Use the forgot password link feature. Last Resort. If this is requested it may require both a new username and a new password to solve the log in issue. This is the slowest method but according to Affinity Sports the system should send them an email within 3-5 minutes of the request to update information. Affinity suggest calling and talking to someone rather than using the forgot password feature.
If a referee has an issue and can't speak with someone at Affinity Sports because of time outside of their support line, then contact Lee Popejoy, popejoy@cox.net and he should be able to fix their username and password which will allow them access to report the game immeidately.
Please apologize for any inconvenience this may cause your referees. We are still working the bugs out of the system and fixing any new issues once they appear. If they are still having an issue after trying Affinity and Mr Popejoy, please have them contact me personally and I will make certain they are good to go within a few hours.
