Not much changed except a few of the screen shots.

There were only 234 games last weekend. Of all those games, all referees (our association and others) only completed 51% of the game reports correctly or at all.

This coming weekend we will have 1,048 games in the Presidio Circuit. Let's do better as a group to get that percentage up to 100%! 

PLEASE make sure:

1) You complete the report on line

    a) input the goals

    b) input the misconduct

    c) input the Center Referee (very important!)

    d) input the Asst Referee, there should be 2 

        By the way, most of you will never need to  

        use that Club Linesman field 

    e) input any notes about the game

    f) make SURE you click Save 

2) If you had a Send Off in your match, that was

    something other than a Second Caution 

    a) write a report in the notes section

    b) prepare and send a USSF Supplemental

        report to the Circuit Director

              USSF Supplemental Report 

Remember to use your USSF ID not your

 Social Security Number when completing

this report 

3) You MUST ALSO  

     USPS mail, OR  

         scan and email, OR

             fax the report to the circuit director
