We have received a few phone calls and emails about how to do the online reporting so I thought I'd make a quick video tutorial to help out.

Clicking on the Full Screen function in the lower right corner of the video player, once it starts, will make it easier to see.

As I mentioned in the video, if you have a straight red card (a Send-Off for something other than a second Caution) Presidio would also like a USSF Supplemental to be sent to the Circuit Director immediately. This is in addition to the notes you write in the online report.

USSF REFEREE SUPPLEMENTAL REPORT

On this USSF form, where it asks for SSN, please use only your USSF ID.

BTW, Presidio has fixed the problem with a few of the match reports that did not show the Circuit Directors complete information.

And, DON'T FORGET you ALSO MUST fax, mail by USPS mail or scan and email the match report to the Circuit Director.
