Each year we receive lots of inquiries about how to replace a lost badge. Usually we'd refer you to the USSF website and you'd place your order. USSF is working on another website, the old one is no longer working.

If you need to order a replacement badge here's what you need to do until we notify you otherwise.

• Complete the
  Cal South Credit Card Authorization Form
      
• Email or fax that completed form to Danielle Bryant at Cal South.

• The cost per badge is $5.00. You may not order more than two replacement badges in a given year.   
   
• Please all up to two weeks to receive your badge.    
• If you have an emergency you may drive to the Cal South office and get a badge from Danielle PROVIDED she knows you are coming. Do not just show up.
