Please understand, neither Leanne or I have anything to do with getting you your badge.
Since I've already received no fewer than 20, "Where's my 2011 badge?" emails, I think it worthwhile dropping you a note on how the process works and what your expectations should be.
Do not worry about following up on your badge unless it has been more than three weeks since your name has appeared on the CalSouth list that Danielle keeps.
Here's how it works...
* You've accomplished your required hours.
* You've completed the re-certification class,
taken and passed the test. You've received
a clinic form.
* You've mailed in your registration package
to Danielle at CalSouth
- Registration Form
- Clinic Form
- Payment if you hadn't already paid online for a clinic
- For higher grades only, your assessments
* Danielle processes what she receives
- There can be up to a two to three week
processing period on her side
- Danielle updates the CalSouth list after
verifying your hours, test results, Risk
Management status and Grade requirements.
* Danielle transmits the information to US Soccer
in Chicago. CalSouth does NOT send you your
badge.
- There can be up to a two to three week
processing period on their side.
- US Soccer mails you your badge and new
Laws Of The Game book.
