Fees are payable, at the clinic, by cash or check
(no credit cards)
In order to attend, you need to register via email with Mark at markruhm@cox.net, no later than Friday, January 7, 2011.
We will take registrations on the day of the clinic. However, we might not have enough books & badges for walk-ins.
We will mail the late registrants books & badges later if we run short of any supplies.
