We know there are plenty of you who still need to obtain some or all of your education hours (5 required for Grade 8) and take the required re-certification test. Here's an opportunity to do that.
Remember, 12/31 is NOT the registration deadline. The registration deadline for the 2011 year is actually in June of 2011.
12/31 is the end of the badge year though. Until you submit your registration paperwork for 2011 you should not submit availability or accept any assignments in 2011.
To the right is a link to the 2011 Registered Officials List. This is the list that CalSouth posts. Be aware they are several weeks behind in updating the list with the new registrations. If you have submitted your registration paperwork within the last several weeks, do not panic if your name is not yet posted.

This venue has limited capacity. You may register for the clinic by going to the CalSouth Clinics link to the right. Select Referee Clinics on the drop down menu, click search, click on the clinic you want and register.

This clinic WILL earn you five hours of education credit and you will take the required test.
If you only need to take the test...YES...you will be able to do that. You will need to arrive no later than 2:45 and you will have to stay until 6:00.
If you are retaking the test, it is strongly suggested that you come for the entire session.
If you need to take the test in Spanish, please email me and let me know as I need to order the materials.
If you have already registered for a prior clinic, in other words you have paid your $45, and you do not need to register again but still need hours or the test, then you MUST send me an email to let me know you plan on attending. We have limited capacity. At the moment there are already 30 people registered.
Often times these classes are VERY busy. The planned ending time is 6:00pm. Sometimes it takes longer than planned to finish the most important part of the clinic "the test review" and then process all the paperwork. DO NOT plan on bolting out the door at 6:00pm; we will do our best to make that happen though. :-)
