We believe, at this point in time, that we will run out of space relatively quickly for this clinic.
We already have 52 signed up for a venue that will hold 110 at the most.
If you are planning on attending the Grade 8 Recert Clinic in Carlsbad on November 14th it is important that you get registered on-line. Use the link to the right that says CalSouth Clinics.

If you do not have a credit card and cannot register on-line then you MUST send me an email before November 6th in order to hold a space.
BTW, if you think you already sent me a note, please send me another one so I can compile an accurate list.
Everyone who attends will need to complete a registration form. Please do this before you arrive. If you don't know what to put in a particular section don't worry. We'll help you at the class.

I have received literally dozens of emails from people who have said they are just going to show up. At first I thought that would be fine but it is not going to work based on the venue size and the rate at which referees are signing up.
If you are not signed up on-line, or are not listed in the group from paragraph four and arrive at the clinic you will be served on a first come, first served basis, pending the open spaces in the class.
Those who sign up on-line, or sent me an email before November 6th specifically saying they will be there and pay at the door, WILL be given first priority.
Please arrive EARLY! Leanne and I will be there at 12:00 to do pre-registration.

12:30 - 05:30 Session
If you are coming for the test only please arrive no later than 2:30.
Additionally, if you require your test to be in Spanish please send me a separate email about that so I can order the right number of tests.
