It is not often that we have to take you to task...this is one of those times.
51% of you are failing to complete your assignment. The match is not over until the paperwork is done.
We (SDSRA) are not doing an even adequate job of getting the Match Reports turned in on a timely basis to Presidio.
A sampling has been compiled of SDSRA's performance in just the AAA circuit. At present we only get Match Reports turned in 49% of the time. It is likely a safe assumption that this sampling reflects other circuits as well.
THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE - Match Reports MUST be turned in timely to the Presidio Circuit Director listed on the match report, no exceptions, no excuses.
* You MUST write "REFEREE'S REPORT" on any report you submit.
* The Circuit Director's mailing address, Fax number and email address are on every match report.
* You can scan and email the report, a preferred method.
* You can fax the report, a preferred method.
* You may mail the report via USPS

For the moment Leanne and I are not going to hunt down those who are failing the task. If we stay on the same track we will need to though.
