SDSRA REGULAR MEETING NOTICE
1. Thank you to every referee who officiated games in April for
State Cup,
and to every referee who offered to assist. YOU ARE THE
BEST!
2. USSF registration for 2010 is past due. If you want to do games
in
2010, you must register before the end of May. Go to calsouth.com
click on the REFEREE link for
registration. Fill out the form, and mail it with the appropriate fee.
3. RISK MANAGEMENT is a requirement for all referees who want to do
games in Cal South...ALL referees who are 18 years old
and
older MUST GET THIS DONE. You cannot get assignments until this
requirement
is met, and the deadline to complete is June 1st. Go to calsouth.com
click on the REFEREE LINK, and
everything you need is on the registration link. Be sure to print a copy
of the
Cal South Risk Management
form to take with you for the screening process. On
that same site is a list of places to go. All you have to do is enter
your
address, and the closest available sites will appear. The cost is about
$20.00.
Be sure to keep a copy for yourself.
4. IMPORTANT INSTRUCTION Plan to make this meeting. We have had
super
attendance. THANK YOU for the efforts you have made to meet this
additional Cal
South requirement for the 2011 registration year.
5. Don't forget that the only re-cert testing and upgrade clinic
for
2011 to be held in San
Diego for referees grade 7 and above is June 26th. The
site is still to be determined. You must pre-register on line at calsouth.com
6. If you have not paid your annual dues to SDSRA, please do so.
