My name is Leanne Harris and I am the Head Assignor for SDSRA. We have been engaged by San Marcos Matrix to handle the assigning for the upcoming season.
We are very excited about this opportunity to work with the club! If you are receiving this email it is because you are on the list, provided to us by the club administrators, as referees who they have been using. I have met many of you and I look forward to meeting those of you whose names are not familiar to me.
As we prepare for the season there are a few housekeeping items that we MUST get taken care of right away. My initial cross checking of names on this list against the names on the CalSouth Registered Officials List caused me some concern. I did not check everyone's name. There is a link on the right side to the list to the CalSouth List.
I REALLY need you to reply back to me and let me know the following: - Are you currently registered for the 2010 year?
- If you are not yet registered, do you plan on registering?
- If you are 18 or over, have you been through the CalSouth Risk Management process?
These are critical questions that I must know the answers to as we prepare for the season and I get ready to assign you.
If you are new to our association's mailing list then you have may not be aware of some important deadlines that are fast approaching.
Deadline for registering for the 2010 season
JUNE 30, 2010
I strongly suggest you don't wait that long
please allow 2-3 weeks for processing
Deadline for completing Risk Management I strongly suggest you don't wait that long
allow at least three weeks to get on the list
Be aware, you may not take or be assigned to any youth games after June 1 unless you have completed the Risk Management process.
