Hi ,
In a
short period of time SDSRA, in cooperation with members of SDCSRA, will
be presenting a pilot program to help the youth and adult Grade 8
referee who is unable to meet the Association Meeting attendance
requirement due to school, sports, job commitments, travel or any number
of other issues. All referees are invited and welcomed to attend; at
this time credit will only be allowed for Grade 8 referees.
Our
objective will be to provide quality, live, on-line, interactive
seminars that not only meet the requirements of the CalSouth State
Referee Committee (SRC), they will also serve the needs of the referee. All sessions will be hosted by various CalSouth/USSF Instructors.
By
no means are these sessions meant to replace in-person meetings. Those
association meetings will always be the preferred method for you to
obtain the comprehensive instruction program that the SRC has planned.
Attendance
and participation will be monitored and reported to provide the referee
credit for attendance. This pilot program will be evaulated by the SRC
after several sessions.
Below are several questions that will
help us determine the best methods and timing of the implementation of
this program.Your response will help us a great deal and we really
appreciate your feedback.
If you have any direct questions,
please email them to me at tom@ltbsea.com.
Thanks in advance, Tom
Litchfield SDSRA
PS - For those unfamiliar with on-line
meetings...the meeting will be at a set date and time, you will register
for the meeting, we'll send you a link in an email, and from any
computer you will click on that link and be taken to the meeting. Your
attendance AND participation will be recorded. We will be using
GoToWebinar. |
