The topic will be something all of us need help with every now and then, and something you will see as an ongoing point of emphasis for 2010:
"Command Presence".
Whether you are doing a high level match or need to handle the coaches on a recreational U09 match this session is for you!
Here's a great example of Command Presence from the 2010 Week in Review, Week 2. Scroll down to Video Clip #2 and watch how at the highest level this referee manages to assert Command Presence, diffuse the emotional situation and even leaves the technical area with the coaches smiling.
All of us need to learn these techniques.
