As has been mentioned to you in earlier meetings and emails, it is necessary for you to get Live Scan completed as soon as possible.
Here is some updated information:
It IS necessary for you to bring a form with you. The form is located on the Cal South website, click on the link below to download the form.
If you have trouble with this link you can go to www.calsouth.com, select Resources, select Forms and Downloads, scroll down and select the form under the Risk Management section.
Here is a link to all the locations in San Diego County. We suggest calling the location first to make sure they are in the office.
