| City Council Announces District 3 Vacancy | |

 The Duncanville City Council formally accepted the resignation of District 3 Councilman Anthony Skinner at the City Council meeting held on December 21, 2010. Pursuant to Section 2.04 of the Home Rule Charter, the vacant council member seat shall be filled by a majority vote of the remaining council members.
Individuals wishing to be considered for appointment to the District 3 unexpired term should submit their resume to City Secretary Dara Crabtree by noon on Thursday, January 13, 2011. The Duncanville Parks & Recreation Department offers fitness, dance, and enrichment classes for children, adults, and Seniors.
The Programming Guide includes all class and camp information as well as park and facility rental and membership information.
