1.  Leaders here Understand "The System".  
They work everyday to ensure their team utilizes it properly.
The system of AdvoCare is really utilizing 3rd party credibility effectively.  DVD, Impact Magazine, Websites,  2 on 1 meetings, 3 way phone calls, Mixers, Webinars, Large Meetings.  Everybody needs validation and verification to help move their prospect into action.
 
2.  Leaders here Lead by Example. 
They would NEVER ask their team to do something they aren't willing to do twice as much of.    To get your team to follow you, YOU must be moving pin levels, earning trips, helping people earn bonus/trips, helping your team move pins......  Otherwise they may think you are just delegating work.  
 
3.  Leaders here Buy into Team AdvoCare.
You have 60+ Diamonds, Platinums and Double Diamonds to learn from and assist you to move the ball down the field.  Not utilizing the videos and trainings from other top leaders who have already done it "wrong enough long enough" would be very selfish to you, your family and your team.
 
4.  Leaders here understand that it's not "The Pin" that makes you a leader but you MUST be moving up pin levels if you want your team to Follow the Leader.
Some people starting their AdvoCare journey are already Diamonds in Life.  But in this circle, in this environment your team is watching.  Your Leadership will be based on achieving different Leadership levels and earning the income that comes along with it.  Families are looking for income, not talkers!
 
5.  Leaders here Work on Their Character and Integrity Everyday.
Leaders in AdvoCare are consistent.  Every time you see them you know what you are going to get.  Inconsistency in Character, Conduct and Integrity will slow down your Volunteer Army, leaving you frustrated.
 
6.  Leaders Here DO ADVOCARE.
They are known by all as warriors for change, for not settling for mediocracy or average and ALWAYS looking for a life or family they can assist with the AdvoCare products or opportunity.   They are well plugged in.  They set goals and achieve them.  They DO ADVOCARE!
 
7.  Great Leaders here are Great Followers.
 Successful people in AdvoCare are humbled by the fact that they can learn the language, the culture of AdvoCare from those who have gone before them.  Pride, ego and arrogance of having the "I'll do it myself attitude" will leave you looking for another opportunity.
 
8.  Leaders here Know how to Work the Calendar
They understand that sometimes you are Sprinting and sometimes you are in the Marathon.  But no matter which season you are in, leaders here help their team work pay period to pay period and can help them work year to year.  2 Success Schools a year (Feb and July), Spring Breakthrough in May, Ladies Alive in November then 4 or 5 feeder events like Meet the Team, Ride the Wave or Get in the Game
 
9.  Leaders here Promote Empowerment, not Dependency
Your goal of a Successful Leader in AdvoCare is to Teach, Train and Mentor leaders, who will in RETURN to you go Teach, Train and Mentor others.  That is the gratifying part of AdvoCare, DUPLICATION.  This is THEIR BUSINESS.  Do not be a Shade Tree Leader, be an Oak Tree Leader!
 
10.  Leaders here Take Risks
They drive 2 hours to mixers.  They fly to other towns to meet people.  They spend money on their business materials.  They plan events.  They get very uncomfortable until it becomes comfortable.
 
11.  Leaders here Understand that the Financial Opportunity is Our Best Product.
They don't hide behind the products.  They understand that they have the Solution to Help Families set a Higher Standard of Living.   They Speak it BOLDLY.   They introduce the business and plan consistently.  Non Wavering in their actions.
 
12.  Leaders here Study All Types of Leaders, Past or Present to Develop the Leader Within.
Leaders in AdvoCare utilize the gifts and talents from other leaders.  They are always reading a book on leadership.  They are always searching for more effective ways to lead a volunteer army.  They work on themselves harder than anything else.
