Greetings!
It is with joy and sadness that I announce that my brother Rhett will be leaving A.D. Davis Construction Sept. 20 to return to General Electric as a Customer Service Manager. Dad and I recognized a long time ago that Rhett would be a valuable asset to our company and recruited him home to work with us for the last three years. It seems that GE also recognized that Rhett was a valuable asset and stayed in touch with him over the years. They finally made an offer that Rhett, Kati and Anderson could not turn down. Rhett's new position will allow him to work on a system that he helped GE create. He will serve all of GE's aero derivative gas turbine customers in Northern California, Nevada and Colorado. I belive that one of the best things about a family business is the time we get to spend together working toward a common goal. Rhett helped our company reach those goals while he was with us. We will continue to benefit for years to come from his ideas and the systems he created. Rhett helped A.D. Davis excel and for that we are all grateful. He has also made this community better through his service.
I love my brother enough to recognize what a great opportunity he has been given at GE and while we will miss him, everyone at our company wishes Rhett the best in his new job. Rhett, I am proud of all that you accomplished with us and know that you will continue to achieve great things!

Working with Family has been a Blessing I am very lucky to have worked with my father and brother the last three years. It has been a great learning experience for me professionally. The lessons I learned from them about customer service combined with my six years of technical experience with GE created this awesome opportunity for me and my family. I am excited about taking this leap forward to the new challenges that await me. And I am very thankful for my dad's and Mike's support of this opportunity. I know they will have continued success as St. Augustine's premier general contractor.
On behalf of Kati and our son Anderson, we thank all of your for your friendship and well wishes as we begin the next chapter in our family's life.
Sincerely,
Rhett Davis |
