It's Easy Being Green
A.D. Davis is helping clients take full advantage of energy

A in South Ponte Vedra Beach, the Patel family has a new home designed by Dave
Mancino and built by A.D. Davis Construction. The home is located directly
on beach with a view of the Atlantic Ocean. However, the most spectacular
view may be to the west, which looks out over the Guana River and the Guana
State Park. This three story, 5,500 square foot home is designed to take
advantage of the views to the east and the west with a wide open floor plan
that provides views in all directions. The other great feature that
highlights the views is the 2500 square foot roof deck above the house.
This roof deck creates a fourth floor that creates a spectacular aerial view of
the surrounding beauty.
