Greetings!

bowling ballIn two days, teams will take to the lanes at four Volusia County bowling centers, raising money that directly helps the county's public-school teachers and students. And that's just the beginning of FUTURES Foundation's Bowl-A-Thon.

By the end of the event, we'll have had bowlers  on more than 270 lanes, plus three days of Wii Bowling for Education at our local Sam's Club.

If you have a Wii gaming system at home, you already know how much fun it can be. Wii Bowling for Education provides not only great entertainment, but also chances to win prizes. If you don't have Wii at home, this test drive at Sam's Club is inexpensive and will benefit Volusia County Schools, helping teachers to provide enriching experiences their students would not otherwise have.
