River House, the St. Johns County Council on Aging's new community gathering center, recently opened to the public.  A.D. Davis Construction is proud to be a partner in building this unique waterfront facility and invites you to join us Sunday afternoon for the River House Communi-TEA. Tour the beautiful River House grounds, enjoy complimentary refreshments and relax on the terrace as you watch the boats glide by. River House, designed by architect Jerry Dixon of Dixon & Associates in St. Augustine, features a grand ballroom, library, terrace, meeting rooms, classrooms, and a commercial kitchen.
