We are proud to welcome a new attorney, of counsel, at our firm. Mrs. Lindsay LaFevers Archer will serve as our firm's Of counsel Estate Planning representative. We are excited to have her join our team and will be holding Estate Planning seminars once a month where you may attend, ask questions, and consider our representation for assistance with wills, trusts, and estate planning. The seminars are free of charge and sign up will begin after January 6th of 2010. As always, our firm continues to handle Personal Injury, DUI, Immigration, Employment, Real Estate, Family, and Bankruptcy law.

Ugh...What Happened Last Night?

 Everyone makes mistakes. In fact, this holiday season it might be you that has too much egg nog at the holiday party and gets a DUI. There's many a time that people would rather forget, but their criminal record will not allow for it. Impressed, the woman obtained his business card and three days later she became his stepmother.
Moral:
