Construction is nearing completion at the site of the new Metro Mattress location at 6255 South Transit Road will occupy most of the 6,400 square foot building, which will also accommodate a Safelite Auto Glass shop. The Lockport store is one of seven Metro Mattress locations in Western New York. |
South Lockport Medical Campus Expands

Developer David Marotta has added a third new building at the South Lockport Medical Campus between Snyder Drive and Transit Road, near the intersection of Hamm Road. Two of the one-story, 2,500 square foot professional office buildings fronting on Snyder Drive are leased, as is a 3,500 square foot building located closer to the Lockport Ambulatory Center. Current tenants of the South Lockport Medical Campus include Dr. Julie Donohue, Artemis Center for Health & Wellness and Dr. Sam Mozumdar. |

Hillman Breaks Ground For Auto Center
Hillman Automotive Breaks Ground |
Hillman Automotive Center has begun construction of its new state-of-the-art automotive center at 6348 Robinson Road, � mile east of Transit Road; the 14,000 square foot facility will enable Hillman to expand from its current 7,200 square foot building immediately east of the new site. Hillman Automotive has operated at the current Robinson Road site for 10 years, and will invest $1.3 million in the new project.
