This month, we discuss the Myers Brigss Type Indicator.  Many of you may have heard someone say, "I'm an ENTJ" or "I'm a ISFP".  What's that all about, you wonder?   This tool identifies your psychological type and underlying personality patterns that govern your actions and interactions.  In the work environment, having an understanding of how your colleagues, staff and management fit into these types can help you know how to best utilize each individual and how to develop a balanced and well running team.   Read on below to learn more.
