Cook County Board President Candidate Forum
                         
The Candidate Forum will provide the public with an opportunity to discuss issues related to violence against women with the candidates running for Cook County Board President in the upcoming primary election.  After each candidate has spoken, audience members will have an opportunity to ask their own questions.  The Candidate Forum is a nonpartisan event. 
 
This free event will be held at the Loyola University of Chicago, at the Water Tower Campus in the Beane Hall (13th floor of Lewis Towers), located at 111 E. Pearson St.  For more information, please visit

Park 550 - The New South Loop Park
 
The advisory council has been selected and they are asking for vounteers and feedback to determine the future of this brand new park for the South Loop.  The space was formerly known as the Vietnam Veteran's Memorial Museum at 1801 S. Indiana.
