General Electric Company (HQ: Fairfield, CT)
Wow, GE is really building something ambitious. The company has announced they will open an Advanced Manufacturing Technology & Software Center in Michigan.
The center will house over 1,100 GE employees over the next few years. In addition to engineers and scientists, the center will also have experts in software development, data architecture, networking, business intelligence and program management.
Looks like there is opportunity here for almost every B2B salesperson.
