As we are quickly approaching Valentine's Day we thought it would be fun to celebrate with a sale on heart pantos as well as pink & red Genziana thread!
Genziana thread is a wonderful cotton thread manufactured in Italy by Cucirini Tre Stelle. In 2003 Cucirini Tre Stelle
celebrated a century of business success. The company was founded in
1903 by Luigi Radice which produced threads and sewing materials. 100% Cotton 2 ply threads made from long staple Egyptian cotton
of the highest grade directly from Italy. Cucirini Tre Stelle of Milan produces threads from start to finish from the raw
material to the finished product.
We carry a large range of Genziana 40 wt., which is ideal for longarm quilting and 50 wt., which is perfect for piecing. We've ordered in 3 new colors in both weights. 314 is a luscious raspberry red, 467 is a yummy yellowish green and 253 is a delightful bright green. As soon as these are in stock we'll have them up on the web!
This is always a very difficult decision, but we must increase prices slightly on a few items because our supplier has increased their prices. However, the good news is that some prices are coming down! New Superior Thread wholesale prices will be in effect on February 9, 2009.
